Data Collection on Our Website
Server Log Files and Cloudflare Infrastructure
When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes the type of web browser, the operating system used, and the domain name of your internet service provider. This is technically necessary to correctly deliver the content you requested.
Our website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes technical access data in the USA. The transfer of data to the USA is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. Server log files are automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days. Cookies
Our website is built on the “Privacy by Design” principle. We do not use non-essential cookies or tracking cookies that require consent. No user profiles are created.
Web Analysis (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
We use the “Cloudflare Web Analytics” tool for statistical evaluation of visitor access. This tool works without cookies and does not collect any personal data. IP addresses are anonymized immediately after collection. The data serves exclusively to optimize website performance and is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) as described above. Data is deleted after a maximum of 90 days.
Local Fonts
To protect your privacy, all fonts are loaded directly from our own server. There is no connection to external servers such as Google Fonts.
SSL Encryption
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (SSL/TLS) via HTTPS.
Table Reservations
Reservations can be made by email to Info@zumritter.ch. Only the data you voluntarily provide (name, desired date, number of guests) will be processed. This data is used solely to handle your reservation and will be deleted after the applicable statutory retention period (10 years under Swiss contract law).
